Belief Change Grid: Location is often the most important driver

Making Lots of Money is A LOT of Work!!!

Being A Good Mother means my children should never be upset.

I don’t have enough time to do all the things I need to do during the day.

F).  List what empowering or desired beliefs you would rather have:

Making Lots of Money is Fun, Energizing & Worth While!!!

Being a Good Mother means enjoying my children & appreciating all their different moods.

I have all the time in the world necessary to accomplish my dreams!!!

G). After running my 3 limiting beliefs through the Belief change grid I noticed a difference in just shifting the submodalities locations. I actually felt more empowered & energized after the shifts. I felt more at peace & comfortable with what is… I also felt a sense of more energy. Which, was the biggest thing I really noticed. I would say my main driver in this was the location – next was the size. However, the colors or black & white really made no difference to me!
