What do you feel when you see a picture of the beach and ocean? … Relaxed? … at peace?
What do you taste when you imagine yourself sucking on a lemon? … Does your mouth water?
How do you feel when you hear your favorite music? … does it get you pumped up? … or even make you a little sad?
Do you ever wish you could change your feelings or thoughts?
Well, YOU CAN! By changing your submodalities!!!
Submodalities?!! You ask! Yes, they are our fine tuning knobs of our internal experience.
Submodalities are the manner in which we internally represent the data gathered by our senses.
Visual, Auditory, & Kinesthetic
You can change your feelings of an experience by altering the submodalitities you associate to it. Submodalities are like blueprints or codes of your experience. We all have different submodalities for different feelings. When you run a certain submodality you will feel a particular way.
So, if you are trying to improve or lessen your feelings for someone or something change your submodality for that instance.
